Remember when I said I was waiting for some inspiration for working on a new video???  Well wish and you shall receive.. A new GIF file that is beyond cool..  This thing is just more than I would have ever thought possible and then to convert to .jpeg files and it came out to 395 files placed on movie maker and it is just over 46 minutes of video...  What song lasts that long??  There isn't a song is there??  A single song, yes there is.. Soundmill Navigator  by Tangerine Dream.. However it doesn't fit the theme at all..  The music I feel fits is something by Alice Cooper... Welcome to my nightmare which should give you an idea what the gif is about..  So seriously cool.. The video is currently titled "punishment for being late"...  But rather than using every frame I will remove a fair number, I have two songs I want to use..  Intersteller Overdrive by Pink Floyd and then placing Welcome to my nightmare in the freak out break there, then having it all come together for the quad channel ending like it is.. Should be fun to work it but it won't be 46 minutes long.. More like ten..  Or Something interesting...

If anyone would have asked me two months ago if I would ever do any more music videos I would have said no.. The video program was acting up and making doing videos no fun anymore.. But then I was able to get a couple new video programs recently, about the time of the change from windows 7 to windows 10, mostly they were gotten with the hopes of having something (ANYTHING) in case the upgrade got rid of Movie Maker..  They seem  extremely promising and so there might be more music videos made.. But the one thing still missing is inspiration.. When I got win 10 upgraded Monday I decided to try to do a quick music video and while the final video was longer than a quick video might be thought of as quick, I thought it was a great idea.. The video for the song You Gotta Be Crazy (which eventually turned into Dogs on the Animals album) was the demo version and really showed the difference in vocal style between Dave and Roger.. Roger singing about the music industry and Dave singing more about Roger who himself was turning into as ass hole.. Dave achieving an amount of sarcasm that Roger couldn't hit.. All of the Animals album in demo form was all the songs from disc two of Wish You Were Here which would then be a single disc album.. Sometime there is no need to muddle the concept, but keep it concise and to the point, as WYWH would be about the record industry and how it can ruin you, and in the case the original lead member Roger Keith (Syd) Barrett... Animals could have side tracked the true meaning of the album..  The video was done with the albums lyrics sheet for the song although the words were different here and there.. The video dissolved again as every video I did for the past couple of years.. The video, the words turned to mush, and I had troubles seeing it.. But after the video was finished, there they were clear as day..   Thankfully that is how they all turned out from as far back as the childhoods end video.. Hopefully the new programs will be better..  We'll try that some time soon..

The war.. is over.. Or I think it is.. Pretty much it is over and I decided that today when I woke up trying to think if it is worth fighting for.. This is of course the internet and the inability to get the 5megs modem to deliver the goods..  At 1meg, we were getting internet fine until about 4 in the afternoon, if you have read the saga about the internet then you know.. Alright and if you don't know, go in search of the previous entries on the internet saga, there are five or six dozen of these.. But ... When we got the 5megs it was to stop the buffering that was getting to be the case with my roku and mom watching her program any time after four in the afternoon.. I had set my Netflix to the lowest setting three months after getting the Roku and that prevented the most of the buffering issues up until last August when it would buffer regularly.. Yes my nephew was watching youtube regularly (read 14 or more hours a day)  but I felt like there was no big deal, school was just a week or so away and I can live with starting a show and then pushing pause and waiting an extra minute to get the buffering to get the show loaded enough to where it wouldn't buffer during the show.. That is extremely annoying especially when I set it to be the lowest setting to prevent this issue and it seemed to be working..  There was another idea to try to see if there is a setting on the router to give mt roku more bandwidth.. I never found it but it might be there..    This past Monday night we got nailed by a nasty storm.. (see my last entry for the review on that bit of fun) and our power had gone out and so I thought it might have effected the internet.. Well Tuesday it wasn't that different but here is a little tid bit.. Monday I upgraded my computer to windows 10, and since it went without a hitch I decided to do my moms laptop, so yesterday I started doing the upgrade.. Started at 8:39 in the morning.. Why is it important to tell you exactly what time I started the upgrade process?? Because the one thing I did Monday for mine, I checked the internet speed, I thought it was important to have the best speed which is in the morning, when I did mine Monday.. I didn't check the speed for moms upgrade.. Why??   Two simple words.. I   FORGOT..   And so when it started the upgrade it was going relatively slow but then I thought it could be because she might have malware or a virus even though I constantly scan the computer regularly.. An hour passed.. I figured it might take a full hour, mine took a little over an hour.. Then two hours passed..  Three hours passed and I was wondering why is it taking so long..  It would end up taking five and a half hours..  5 1/2...   Actually closer to six hours... Whew.. That some time computer fairies there.. Why was it that bad??  Our internet was a speeding whopping speed on just under 500kbps...   That is five hundred kilo bites.. Not mego bites.. Kilo bites..  Dial up would have gone faster..   I apologized to mom.  And the nephew who was showing us all  a new dace move he learned the last time he had to go to the bathroom and couldn't find one..  

They stopped by today after I left a message on their Facebook last night..  Being vulgar is not a smart thing to do, there are better words to use besides the obvious potty mouth ones.. It seems when I said I wasn't mad at them but rather at myself and disappointed in myself for trying this idea.. That might have gotten them to wake up..  Blame yourself...  the tact worked.. Our internet is just over 5megs..  But it is still early..  They have run it through a modem but the wires are from the phone..  Not dial up..  Strange.. It might be that way for good.. But I doubt it..  Like I told mom, I almost told them not to bother, we likely will be on something else in June.. But we'll see.. Hope it isn't pay per view..

(P.S.  The War is over..  I swore no matter the outcome of their efforts yesterday that I would live with whatever they could get.. They said as they were leaving this will never test much higher than 6Mbps and just now I ran the speed test and it was 6.64..  That is fine, however he also said it should never go down below 4Mbps.. Last night it did test at just over 1Mbps... Blame it on the weather I guess.. When they set up this new system and were going through what they were I kept thinking, I wonder how much this really is going to cost.. The guy said nothing, but I still wonder.. I also thought is they knew how close we are to getting out of not only their internet but cable tv and the phone service, would they be doing this.. We were two weeks away from having digital satellite (dish or directv) in here, was looking at a different internet system and going completely cell phone exclusively...   Last night before shutting the computer off for the night I checked the new modem, they had it on top of the router which itself sounds like a no no, and this thing was hot to the touch.. I then went up and grabbed my multimeter and set it to the thermal coupling and checked the temperature of this new box..  it was running at 120 degrees F...   yikes that is warm.. And on top of the router??  That was not a good idea at all.. I moved it.. If they bitch about it I'll tell them I was afraid it might ruin the router or affect the performance of both the modem and the router.. )

You've Got to be Crazy... the latest video to be done, simply just for this today, I wanted to see that the video could be made, movie maker.. And it could be..  So mostly it was made to see if it would still be..  Even though there are a great number of other songs I could easily make into videos, they might be but not for looking at there.. That was a waste of time but I thought I'd see if anyone was interested in seeing them, and they weren't and that is fine.. Call me crazy I just tried ideas and still might do more later when I get the urge to give it a go.. The new video program might start the fires burning for new videos.. Movie maker live or whatever it is called on Windows is a must mostly because of the eventual ease of use.. It took quite a while for me to get relaxed enough to try to use it completely as if I've been using it since.. FOREVER.. And now, while it still acts up, I still will use it.. The new video program will get a good kick the tires situation soon..  i-Skysoft..  try it shortly, I have a a couple of other programs to try as well.. Hope Windows 10 will allow me to play with them..


Hey that storm last night.. Here's my review.. HOLY SHIT... Well you know I like a bit of rainy weather mostly because I like to grow certain plants and so getting rain is a good way to not have to pump it from the ground.. What's my take on the action in the clouds??  I'm not a tornado chasing person, I try to get it but I'd rather just watch from afar.. Give me a place in a reinforced geodesic dome and I's love to sit in the bullet proof dome to watch it come and I'd sit out there (in there) and watch this shit happen from there, live and in person..  But we don't live in such a place right now..  So I don't usually review storms but why not this one.. I liked it.. There was a shit fit part early on with a threat of nasty storm fun but that leveled out to not so nasty.. First part was around six in the evening, we got darkness, green clouds made me nervous, the smell of what seemed like leaves burning wasn't a huge surprise what with all the lightning, that got to be strong, and overwhelming even, then the rain mixed with cocktail ice came through, changing the smell from leaves burning to more of a compost pile burning.  That or an outhouse..  But it wasn't the early storm that was fun to be in.. About two in the morning wave two came through.. I was well asleep, or as best as I could be.. Got woke up by what sounded like wind blowing.. Man this is going to tear the trees out by the root.. Then I couldn't feel the house shudder and I thought well.. IT'S RAINING OUT... How long had it been raining like this??  I thought Flood.. but then I relaxed and tried to use the white noise of the rain to put me back to sleep and it was working.. Then the loudest FUCKING  clap of thunder woke me up.. Woke me from almost being back to sleep and pissing my .. Not pissing my but rather freaking me out.. The power had gone out as well.. That meant the town whistle blew.. At about three.. I always think of that stupid dunkin donuts commercial whet that happens (Got to make the donuts)  That ages me A LOT..  And then the thunder kept going and going and...  For the next hour, the storm that delivered that thunder clap you could hear as it exited the area, and then another storm was coming over.. I had turned on the roku to weather underground and the radar was showing the third wave that might destroy what the second wave left behind.. I kept thinking that rain gauge will really be full... Checked it when I got up.. Wow an inch.. From last night until this morning.. I swore more like two inches if not more.. No cussing here we'll take that inch..  Time for bed and Steve Czaban radio show started up at four this morning..  Good nightmorning...

This is how the world ends, not with a loud bang.. but rather puking blood.. Zombies anyone??

The switch to the OS windows 10 was done just a short time ago.. Took about an hour to do.. Before I did it I took a few programs off the computer for possible reinstall after the update, knowing that the research I did told of horror stories of what will work and what won't.. Truth be told they should have a page with the pros and cons of updating to windows 10.. I mean if you look around the web you can find the good and the bad for changing to 10.. The greatest I could find was that windows 7 will be fazed out by 2020 and having 10 will ensure you have an OS that will still be working then, even if the Earth isn't..  Just joking there.. sort of..  So what is so great about 10??  So far there is little difference between the 7 I had and the 10 that is there now..  The horror stories might be true but on my computer here I had to reinstall 7 two weeks ago, and that meant a few days of getting everything back to make the computer work right, and when I say work right, I mean getting the .NET framework which no one would even notice that it isn't included when you get the computer up and running, no one uses it except for web developers, which I'm not but I use Paint.NET and the .NET framework is the main part that makes it work.. And so the restart was done on Tuesday and finally by that Friday, .NET was included with the update.. Which meant I could use PdN again.. All was right with the world.. Yesterday (Sunday) I looked at the rumour that windows movie maker wouldn't work in 10 and it is true that it isn't part of the OS, sadly, but if you want it you can download after getting 10.. So rather than risk it I found where it was stashed on the old 7 OS and took it to my flash drive, same with the dvd burner program..  After checking the more important programs, i.e. Scrabble and Movie Maker, everything seems fine.. Windows 10 will take a little getting used to but so far it seems alright.. They give you a month to kick the tires and so I will check everything out.. Should know by the first week of June if everything is copacetic or not..


I watched the entirety of the latest "the Walking Dead" series.. It was as they said, kind of a snoozefest through some of it.. I mean you know things are going to get nasty eventually but for the most part, and the penultimate episode was a snoozer as well, showing life as they think it is going to be, getting into a daily routine changing guards and that whole lot.. Then goofy ass Carol decides it's time to go.. Why??  Shit, gotta be goofy somewhere..  Maggie is sounding more southern and is with.. bun in the oven..  And then in the final episode she goes off all shitfuck with said bun in the oven..  They go off in search of Carol, they go off in search of Daryl who is off looking for the twit that took his crossbow and shot the doctor missy.. You know the gal that played Zoe on Nurse Jackie??  I wondered who she was, then after seeing her in Nurse Jackie I thought, THAT'S WHERE i HAD DONE SEEN HER..  She got a crossbow bolt to back of her noggin on the rail road tracks.. Felt pretty good about herself then got her lights turned off.. Man I hate it when that happens.. Anyway, ***Spoiler alert****  Sort of, probably shoulda warned you about that just before but as it turns out our friends with Rick at the helm trust him and that might be about to backfire.. the new badguy Negan (I thought they were saying MEgan, as in female,) and so I thought that red headed chick that they knocked off was the bad guy.. It turns out it's Negan, a guy who nailed one of our favorites at the end of the show.. Who was it??  It was a POV shot so we got to see the blood run into his/her eyes and then saw the lights turned out.. Who do I think it was??  Michonne makes sense from the point of view of the who is the strongest nonleader of this group.. Rick would be the person except Negan warned the others in his group that if Carl decides to be a hero and help that they should thump him out and feed Rick his good eye (Carl got shot in the eye by the pain in the ass dipshit at the start of the second half of this past season)...   Daryl could be the one he bashed the head in, but he really is a good guy, shot as he might be.. Pretty much the Walking dead is evolving into the after effects of living without true law, more of a bigger is better type of thing.. Where was this group that is under Negan' control??  My feeling is they had forward knowledge that the zombie plague was about to go down and the shit was hitting the fire quite quickly.. They had control of bunkers and things of that nature.. Where Rick's group have been having to move around, fighting all this and that of scurge left by lawless society.. And the zombies as well...


Movies this weekend was mostly reruns..  First was the Truman show, where they have a guy who doesn't realize that his life is on tv.. 24/7.. Could this actually happen??  Yes it could and can and is..  People have that Meerkat setting as well as periscope and don't mind being watched 24/7...  It's under their control how much we get to see and sometimes it is pure crap.. But it is up to them to show us their lives, for those who have no lives..  Tora Tora Tora, that old movie about the attack on Pearl Harbor, that got us into world war III .. Quite the epic film..   The movie Hush about a deaf lady who gets terrorized by some guy out in the woods..  This was a really good movie.. I was hoping she would end up kicking this idiots ass.. And she did...  Finally 16 candles with Molly Ringwald in it..  Yeah, I seen it a lot and made in the 80's it shows what life was like way back then..  Here's a hint, no cell phones and no computers although they were starting to show in schools..   Very interesting, I like the more modern movies that don't have cell phones yet.. They have to talk to each other.. Wow what a concept...

And so it starts...  On a town hall discussion recently on Anderson Cooper a pannel was asked to explain why they support Trump and a woman starts to explain what she thought Donald Trump meant when he said recently that banning all Muslims was a starting point, a discussion towards that idea.. Well there you go, this has the same feeling of JEB earlier in the campaign when he would say one thing and then a few days later explain what he meant..  Seriously, he needs a literal interpreter like some people need a language interpreter...

The scariest part of this is, these people are seemingly intelligent and yet, they all say really unintelligent things.  It blows me right completely out..  Seriously, this is what brainwashed sounds like.. They are positive about what they are saying..   "This is why I will vote for Trump   CRUSH... KILL.. DESTROY!!!"   Really now, there has been nothing about what he has said that I can take away as being a very smart human..  But I still say his chances of being elected are extremely high if the people who supported Obama stay home in November thinking Hillery will win, Trump is a bozo... He shouldn't even be on the ticket.. Where were these people and their thinking what the primaries were going on???  Trump wins and the very next day every country that trusted us won't while he is in office.. And if he defaults on the debt like he says he will do then every country will be on the same footing as us..  Guess what that means??  We can no longer bully these countries that we have been... But that's not the worst thing.. With Trump in the white house it will be the thinking of every American that we can pretty much do what we want and say what we want because that is the way our president is.. And you can lie and cheat because our president has a broken morel compass..


On a different note.. A couple weeks ago, or nearly a couple weeks ago, my computer went off nut and I had to restart to windows 7 from scratch.. After talking to my sister inlaw she suggested going with windows 10...  And so after looking at several places for the pros and cons of upgrading I shelved the idea figuring I would wait until mid to late June to decide.. Well today the computer had a note stating that it is a perfect candidate for windows 10 upgrade.. Who am I to argue.. So the date it has set for the upgrade is this Monday.. So that is what the plan is.. I spent a little time getting the programs set to be reloaded on here if everything turns sideways and I can't get anything to work.. Some programs are kept from believe it or not the old XP but were never loaded on the windows 7 computer.. yet.. and some were deleted because they have been replaced by something more better..  But first things first, I have to make sure movie maker works in 10, that would be a deal breaker right there.. Movie maker might not be the greatest video editing program but I am used to it and it works for what I need it for.. I do have two other programs for that need but I hate using them.. .. So after checking I will decide if the upgrade will happen or not.. Stay tuned..

Perfection sweet perfection

So .. wait a minute.. Here first lets talk about a non issue but one that every state that has a republican governor is making a big stink about.. I keep saying if you just STFU about these things they will go away.. But no, every governor has made a stink about the transgender bathroom situation is just asking for trouble the more into this we go.. It's just exactly like the sixties when blacks weren't allowed to use the same bathrooms as the whites.. Maybe not exactly like that but pretty damn close, Our own governor has said that our state will be directed not to follow the rules the president has laid down and they are very simple, and likely would have been laughed at by the kids.. The day is coming when they will do something about this, making the bathrooms unisex or whatever.. Just take a pee damn it..


On with the entry.. Perfection... How badly do you want to attain it? Steve Czaban has been talking about the new direction things are about to go in major league baseball.. They have instant replay for a good majority of the game but at the heart of things is the balls and strikes are still being called by a human umpire.. These guys get tired of the game I'm sure, no matter what they might say.  Watching the balls being thrown over the plate and it isn't like the game has gotten so fast that they can't tell a strike from  a ball.. It's that most players and fans alike are saying why can't the get consistent with the calls.. Well do you want perfection??  Is that what you are after, and even if you don't care, perfection is on it's way.. Balls and strikes called in real time with a computer system that will evaluate balls and strikes called by a video system.. Now Czabe was talking a robot ump.. A as in singular.. I'm thinking if they want perfection they will have to have multiple angles to call strikes and have the measurements down to the smallest millimeter, not just a single beam could be that good, but rather multiples.. take the robot at home plate and two to three others.. One from above the plate and one in each of the power allies.. You wanted perfection, might as well go for broke..  They are already trying to get it down in the Pacific league and are projecting to have it ready to be at the big leagues by 2019...  Pour your beer on the umps while you can..

Finally I watched a movie this past weekend that was ..   kind of sad really..  not that the movie itself was sad or had a sad ending, but  the subject matter hit kinda close to home..

Prescription Thugs, about .. well prescriptions and the fact the doctors aren't watching out for the patients best interest at heart, but rather to get Americans hooked on opioid based pain management drugs, which really all of those are are derived from opium which is where heroin is from.. The number of "accidental" deaths from these is growing at a phenomenal rate.. This past fall my niece passed away and just last month Prince did as well..  Same type of thing.. These drugs seem to be very easy to be on and the movie shows how easy it is to get a hold of this medication.. I had always said that my biggest fear was that the doctor would stop writing the prescription for her to get the drugs and that might turn her to get on heroin.. Turns out that was the least of the worries, it was easy for her to go to a doctor and get more because she went to more than one doctor... They should be able to communicate with each other but right now they don't..   This movie was sad because all of those who are on these pain medications for chronic pain are functioning people.. For the most part but to me these people should be told get your affairs in order.. There is a better chance you will die from this medication because it numbs all your senses.. Get your life in order, get a will, make it legal..  The sad state of things is that drug is very addictive, the synthesis of the drug.. Very strong.. Avoid it altogether if you can live with pain..  The alternative is darkness..

So recently I had to restart my computer and in the process realize that while I lost every song during that situation, some over 50GB of music, sounds like a lot and for the most part it was, but it was as well all backed up to either commercial grade discs (releases from artists from the record company hence they all should still be playable. better be anyway) and then a few, very few (wink wink, nudge nudge) were attained .. um...  another way... and they might or might not be lost to the chuff gods.. 50GB of music.. That is 50GB of the highest quality 320 kb sample rate .mp3 files.. Not the largest and best quality although everybody and their dog swears by that quality.. The best music file short of lossless (FLAC) is wave..  Which means if it were 50GB of wave it would have been twenty hours of music.. Wave files are huge..   Well maybe a hundred hours of music, but 50GB of .mp3 would mean a months worth of music..  But now upon further testing, because of the computer not really being high fidelity player, I'm changing the settings from having the files being absolutely the best (or better than just good) I'm going with a lower setting to cram all the music I want into a concise size area.. A 16GB flashdrive will hold as much music as I will need.. hopefully anyway. Most people can't tell the difference anyway, and on a computer/gadget (I-thing of somesort) the headset or speakers are not hi-fi and are barely lo-fi..  Most people can't tell the difference on those things.. Put it on my sound system upstairs, huge difference...  So in summary, small files good for little speakers and cheap ass head sets which came with your i-gadget that will make you go deaf listening to barf Bieber (how sad).. bigger files will make yo go deaf listening to bigger files of barf Bieber, but you can at least say I barfed while listening to Barf Beiber...  Ok enough of that...

VBR vs. ABR vs CBR (what's the frequency, Kenneth?)

Infinite Improbability .. the end started yesterday..  White Cube soundtrack one of the most overlooked aster works by Brian Eno, how do I describe the five album series that were just beyond anyones ability to "get" it...  There is no way so I won't bother here.. Simply put if you don't understand with the bells study album and this White Cube then keep playing Justin Beiber because that is where you belong..    Just joking, actually those two albums by Brian Eno are more sound collage than anything.. I had said  at one point that the reason I didn't care for the early works of Tangerine Dream was because I thought if it as sound collage, but for them it really was a turn off.. These albums by B.O. were better suited for being done now, sound collage or not, being able to have a fuller sound than they had back in the early sixties..  And more control over exactly what he was trying to make.. Imagine having the keyboard and all the dials and switches that there could be now?? One of the things that Edgar and Chris complained the most about back in the sixties was keeping the equipment in tune, and having to constantly retune during a show and that more often than not meant tuning during the song they were in the middle of.. Quite interesting to hear the melotron they were using cut out for a few seconds and then it was back on again.. The album Soundmill Vavigator was released more as a way to show exactly that, a full set, a single song but a long track that they would use to get more ideas from.. To listen to their Virgin album catalog you can hear which album set of ideas begot the next album, and yes I am talking about Rubycon, from that came Ricochet then Logos to Tangram.. You want to hear evolution of a band by their entire Virgin label set or the box set Tangents.. But that's not what I'm here to talk to you about today...  Politics... Take that Donald Trump fans.. Listen, if he picks Sarah Palin as his running mate then he was never serious about being elected.. He might get a couple million idiot hillbillies and hicks to vote for him but the truth is America will have to show that we are decent people and elect Hillery or Bernie because otherwise people will buy bomb shelters en mass, starting in November and hopping Trump and Palin can keep their sticky fingers off the button for at least the first ninety days of their go of it.. Fat chance..

Do you think there is a snow balls chance in hell of that know nothing getting elected?  My initial thought back when he announced was no way, but from day one he polled high, and while most in the establishment of the GOP as well as the DNC thought this was just a false set of numbers I seriously thought this idiot was striking a nerve with people out there and so when the opening primaries started to show Trump was winning, everyone thought, he won't get far.. This was something I feared most, he found what Americans wanted most, a non established, non political politician.. Unpolished, so willing to brush people in the opposite direction that he is a breath of fresh air.. Fresh yet poluted air, as he kept using his so's your mother rhetoric and it seems to be what Americans are wanting.. Can he win in November??  I hate to say this but YES..  YES HE CAN and why?? He will likely hit on that phrase that pays, he will leave the "make America great again" and get some other odd ass phrase that they will put on placards everywhere.. Sort of like that one way back when, taking a phrase from a well known commercial.. "WHERE'S THE BEEF".. And running with it.. Can Trump win??  Yes, but the more they dig up on him the less I think he will..  Hopefully ...

Pardon the sense of humour, most of it tongue in cheek, it was done several years ago and was never meant as anything more than for me to watch when I was feeling down.. )

Upon the restart of the computer.. this happened..  Downloading every program ... browser, they were all dumb dumbed or erased..  All of them were back to square one.. All but one.. Strangely enough..  When I got Firefox I had forgotten how much I hated it and why.. It has a base core of programs that it must run to do it's voodoo and it was fine to get better browsers.. Better than Firefox you say incredulously.. Yep, better than firefox.. Listen, Firefox was THE browser to get and it worked great, better than IE which only means ignore the shit the Firefox was working with.. The Adobe crap is more than I can handle,, Firefox is the fastest browser there is, and you are lead to believe that same as when Chrome was stating the obvious "we are faster than Firefox" claim which might be true, if you can ignore the start up time.. So which is the better browser??  Neither.. But you knew that already.. I downloaded UC browser and was instantly disgusted to find it is slowwwww...  But why???  Well it was during a downloadfest that I was getting programs to try and other things.. I downloaded several programs that I never had done before mostly because I wanted to try them to see what they might could do.. One browser called One Browser loaded shit you don't want, didn't know what the deal was.. Ran Malwarebytes and found a little over a thousand PUP programs.. Oh how cute.. Got those disgusting bits of fun off and the computer sped up.. Way faster.. And the browsers all sped up.. Them PUP's are not cute at  all..  so today was check what I got day, and some were exactly what I wanted and others will be deleted.. By the way which browser was loaded and had memory from before the restart?? UC browser.. It has the folders with the saved links, the links from as far back as a year ago.. The old searches for lawn mowers, pumpkin seed recipes and other things.. It was beyond strange for me to see those seeing as how I deleted them from the browser long before the restart occurred..   So strange is computer crap, I don't think I will ever fully understand it..

Dust as an issue, dust is the problem

Dedication, the video of Emmy and Ellye was done completely opposite the way I normally do them.. This one was with the dedication and then the final musical number that they did as the video for YouTube, and that was about 13 minutes total.. Nothing but that part is what is on the 'tube site.. The picture session and the dinner part are exclusively to disc and will be burned today hopefully.. And as always the video is set to unlisted for the reason that if you don't know you are living under a rock, don't be disturbed, go back to sleep..

What did I watch recently??   A few movies but there were these two that stuck out as being great movies.. First this one,

Code Black a documentary about a hospital in Los Angeles that is publicly funded by way of taxes but it is the C-block that is the most interesting part of the trauma center.. This movie is a must see, go behind the scenes of this amazing hospital.. I'm not easily impressed by hospitals but this one is very much impressive.. Watch to see how hospitals should function..

My Beautiful Broken Brain... This one is beyond incredible..  She suffered a stroke and wiped her of everything.. Loss of all memory and the ability to speak, or many of the basic knowledge, she had to be taught everything as if starting completely over.. Her old life wiped clean.. Very interesting and sad and happy.. this is a movie about hope..

When I guess, I guess wrong.. IT'S SPECTACULAR

Power cycle caused power surge setting the computer into fuckyou mode, nine in the morning Monday, May 9... Spent the next five hours trying to set the computer to work, work on itself, reset to an earlier day, May 7.. May 6,  May 4...  None worked..  Shut the computer off.. Turned on, went to safe mode with networking, was able to get it to go..  Made strides to make it go, sent back to regular mode.. upon this move the sign in screen showed, entered the standard password, computer moved to opening screen then went to the dreaded blue screen of death and error dump screen, this would go on for the next ten minutes until it was clear this is what it will do.. Hopeless, I open moms computer up, search for what to do.. start with step one, buy a gun get ready to shoot computer..  but first... try to get the computer to fix itself again, running repair, this fails very well yet again.. Final option, full reboot.. Off load what files I can then start reboot to square zero..  Full reboot.. Starts at three in the afternoon, by four the computer is fresh, like brand new only with the keyboard that takes a lot of guessing which letter is what... Here we go, reload time.. **DELETE MCAFEE SHIT SECURITY****   Then add Vipre...  Otherwise it will be like eating the banana then trying to peal it..  No fun, tastes like shit...    Talk to someone about what windows ten is like, maybe upgrade to ten (GWX)  but first all updates are in, .NET framework is enabled Paint.NET installed and everything therein is copacetic, thinking now is windows ten necessary..   Starting research on weather windows ten is needed, or wanted... Will everything work that I find necessary to change to ten.. Have six weeks left until the free offer expires..  In my experience, getting things like this is a crapshoot.. The one thing I worry about is will it install correctly, will our internet keep running long enough to get it.. Getting it now and installing as if a fresh slate because I have very few programs reinstalled again might be the time to do it, is NOW and not much later than the end of this month.. Programs that must work there are Movie maker, Paint.NET, the Adobes (Image Ready and Photoshop) And of course the most important of them all..  SCRABBLE...

Awe shit Trump..  You know the day he starts to make sense to anyone is the day... Wait a minute, did he say something and admit to it??    Hold on there..  When he talks about the debt and working with China to reduce it, he isn't talking about us paying it back, he's talking defaulting on it, the way the rest of his party has talked about in past sessions where the congress has himmed and hawed about just defaulting on the debt.. You remember a couple years ago when we almost defaulted and got a downgrade from tripple A to just double A and everything went into momentary chaos.. Well that is what Trump wants us to do and that might not be a bad thing in his mind, but unless he really has his game plan in place he will destroy everything about the economy completely and total.. Think this way.. The dollar would be worthless, as would every other currency, they would have to wipe out EVERYONES DEBT.. When the dollar is gone all debt will be gone.. Our Dollar would be worthless and so would everyone else currency meaning they would have to reset every monetary value.. Start from square zero and redo everything..  Could Trump do this??  Could he restructure everything??   He is financially smart, he went bankrupt four times and has come away smelling like a rose, but this is the whole countries financial situation.. I'm thinking the world becomes like the movie Road Warrior..  Not so much chaos rules but slimy shitty people, and the days of the first meme with the outlaw way of life.. that's the normal.. Trump seemed like a decent guy during his run on the apprentice shows, but he had his asshole personality show.. Which do we get as president Trump, the guy who calls you out and says you're fired?  Or the guy who rules with an iron fist..  He could be all sorts of fun on Letterman, but this isn't Letterman, this is the country in the world that looks to us for decency..  And that just seems like we wouldn't be looked at as very nice anymore if one Donald Trump wins the white house..

To complain or not to complain..

Have I bitched about our internet at all this week??   No??  Well if I have or haven't (I can't remember ), here is a little update.. The techie came after I called to ask about going back to 1 megs modem. You can't go back to 1 megs, don't be silly, people who go to the "lightning fast" 5 megs stay that high up.. But in our case we hit five megs and it is great, right up until 4 in the afternoon and then to the minute the internet turns to shit.. So the lady on the line says sounds like a router issue.. I tell her it has been my feelings that when a router goes toes up there is no here have a slight cut in your internet, it is all or nothing and when the router goes tits up it's as if death has come knocking at your internet, not just a little slowing down but rather the whole lot, and at 4 in the afternoon on every computer driven device??  Really??  I've never hear of such a thing..  I told her it is their throttling program..  Throttling program you ask. yes throttling program which is a fact, does exist to control speeds, but theirs is out of control.. But I asked to return to 1 meg and it can't be done.. You can't go back to 1 megs.. So after the call and the techie came by and worked on it for.. An hour maybe and he kept trying the speed test and I watched as one in ten tests delivered the goods of just slightly over 5Megs, the rest were embarrassingly below the 5 Megs they promised.. Well, let me check at the main office and I'll get back on Wednesday.. I should have asked which Wednesday he meant because here we made it through the next five days and no return..  So I thought I wonder if I called their bluff and said we want to try the ten Megs or better yet give us the 20megs modem, I'm calling your bluff.. I'm gonna try your twenty and if I ever see it below 15 I'm calling your call center and writing on your Facebook page the worst notes I can.. I thought that and then thought, shit we're stuck paying for an unattainable 5megs and can't go back to 1 megs, why should I try for twenty and not be able to turn back, that sounds like a day in court I would rather assume we would lose..  By the way, I included small print on this card..   What you can't read it??  Well here, take a look at it now

All three have small print and all three are true.. So far as you need to know.. Anyone ever having to deal with an ISP realize that the provider is stingy with the internet because they get good money from their provider to screw the consumer.. Hopefully if another provider is found we can tell them where to stick their extremely uncontrollable internet..

I don't believe that the second amendment should be eliminated.. Changed a little here and there yes but there is no way the gun nuts will allow the amendment to be eliminated.. Thems fighting words I'm a thinking.. But really what would be wrong with a more responsible gun totting public.. The fact that certain states you can walk into public places with your gun showing is just beyond comprehension to me.. Why should we return to the old west??  Yes I know people will get their hands on the guns and use them to commit these horrible crimes.. There is something wrong with this country.. I have always thought that Sanders has the right idea of educating people, get them out of poverty or give everyone a chance.. Not a free education but affordable, make them proud..

Awe shit, another letter to the editor

Oh boy. Where to start again on this one.. Ok, the guy knows his presidents I will give him that.. But look, Donald trump isn't a candidate in the normal term, truth is he wouldn't have been in the race four years ago, and would have had to change everything about the way he was running way back 2000... The times are ripe for his schtick.. Trump knows how to communicate with the people he calls his followers, he stoops o the lowest common denominator. Speak hick and cuss and be mostly an asshole and you will get followers, there is a great number of them.. The guy who wrote this letter (name "whited" out to protect his "innocense")   Alright he is a retired doctor who writes letters to the editor quite often, strirring up with his lifeless opinion.. Pointless as well..  "I believe it is time to support one who plans to reduce our deficit.."   Does the writer of this letter do any research about how Trump will reduce the deficit??  Does he know how Trump will do this promise.. How about building that wall??   Mexico will NOT pay for it, that is just a line of shit Trump says and gets plenty of aplause from, it's an out and out LIE.. Rebuilding the military, there goes you reducing the deficit in that sentence alone.. Caring for the veterans, well that would be great, only trouble is the republicans were shutting down V.A. hospitals at an alarming rate while GWB was in the white house and yet we had two wars going on.. Something wasn't right with that idea.. Could Trump keep a single promise??  Hardly likely, and for those who say he hasn't spent any tax payers money to do his campaighn and that he can't be bought...  You believe that and he gets voted in you better be able to climb that wall, Mexico is the way you want to go, not Canada, it's bleeding cold in that country.. Saturday afternoon I was looking through Facebook sites that use the social media site to promote themselves and there were a lot, In fact I might have, in face, lost my head looking at so many of them The channels corresponding to the Roku channels to get a better idea (?) what is on and worth watching. Channels that have really cool "scary"  B movie programming that proud channels like Netflix would never touch..   So here, take a look at some of the film scores boxes (VHS) and see what is comming this week/month/year to a B movie programming channel near you.. :

 The Image, available of Blu Ray high deffinition disc, what this tells me is Blue ray is very well accepted to have this title on it..

What I watched this weekend was an odd lot once again..  With the oddest might have been Friday nights viewing of Urban Cowboy with John Travolta, I think I've seen the whole thing but wasn't sure.. Turns out just like Saturday Night Fever, i had only seen bits of it..

Girls in Prison is a dark humour movie but still fun to watch..  About a bunch of women who get thrown in prison and they have to figure out who is trying to kill the one who had written a song and was quickly becoming a hit..  The song was stolen from her and as old time stories go it was full of shit, but fun to watch..

The Barkley, the race that eats it's young is a documentary about this endurance race held every year in Tennessee where they pick people to be in it by invitation alone.. Quite the race, takes 60 hours to run, with only half an hour optional to rest and eat or whatever..  They say the elevation change is equal to climbing Everest, twice..   It is so rigorous that t had only been won by ten people before this movie was made and three others finished it during the making of this movie.. Very worth watching..

Moonwalkers, what this movie did was show a "true story" about the making of a film of the first ever moon landing, making a film to show the world while the Apollo 11 spaceship stayed in orbit around the moon.. This had action adventure as where or the description of what the movie was about.. This was more of a dark humour movie than anything else, and really wan't horrible.. It is the best worst movie you will ever see.. Oh by the way, the space suit they used for walking on the surface of the moon was the dead giveaway, I mean, they couldn't have done that well walking on the moon wearing tightie whities.. That was more than a little stretch..
