Fly this into the shitter

The start of "phase 2" of the infinity project. The video to start with was what I thought it would be, the song Siberian Lights by Tangerine Dream from the Transsiberian soundtrack.. The song has a concept feel, a railroad story feel.. Trains were the object to get a hold of and after downloading a few pictures and some videos we were off.. This video was to be edited with all the videos in the program at the same time.. This was to be a really cool video using three types of video and still shots.. The videos were the transsiberian railroad that is part of the video and then a few shots from a "chase" video that a guy did when the Challenger was in California some time back.. The video of that old steam engine going down a street in Oakland was just priceless and a few other shots as well.. And then there was a model train set that was added to the steam trains from Europe as well as Russia and here in the states and everything was going together so well.. Then the program crashed.. THREE HOURS SHOT TO HELL!!  there was a word that came to mind and was used repeatedly as I realized the program wasn't going to stop not responding anytime soon if ever.. Three hours shot and the original concept gone forever... Oh well, when you use windows programs you get used to the here today gone fucked tomorrow mentality that is this computers shortcoming or shortfall whatever you want to call it.. Disappointing is the way I feel but, it made me glad I didn't know to try this during the wedding video.. In that case I clipped and saved every shot and then pieced it together for the final video.. This today was an attempt to try the program as I have seen it done on Youtube tuts..

(Yaroslaw Station song on the same video not sure which will be the version on the PNOP blog)...

Second video completed with the song Pixel Pirates (by TD) being the music track and the video subject is Jordan's wedding pictures as done in kaleidoscope effect.. These were the first pictures I had done fully this way.. The pictures used in the video are.. well good question as to which were used, except for three that you can sort of make out what or who is in them, the rest are a full on abstract of anything that is there.. The full run of these pictures would have run over forty minutes.. The song pixel pirates is how I feel when I am messing with pictures, either by erasing pixels to make a second picture out of two ideas together.. Or many.. But it starts with an idea..
