I even downloaded crappy chrome browser.. desperate??

Trying so many ideas to fix a browser.. What gives.. So I think I have written about my favorite browsers before.. Right now it would be Palemoon (a Firefox type) browser that runs alright, does an ok job.. UC browser is like chrome but has a gigantic flaw.. No sound at all.. What happened there??  Every other browser has sound but UC has no sound in anything I try to do.. Everything is silent which would be ok, just that sometimes I'm using the browser and find a video to watch and try to watch it.. Boink, no sound which means shut the browser off, and open any other browser see see and hear the video.. Clean your cache.. Well alright, where is it??? Right, found it.. Deleted everything in there, not just some, I figure the nuclear option should fix it.. IT DIDN'T.. Where to now then??  I've tried Googling it, I went to their forum and asked about it.. There is no fix.. I deleted the program, deleted flashplayer (such as can be done, it can't be unless you DELETE IT.. I'm leery about getting it that rid of, been there done that and have ended up taking a week to fix that idea..  And then as I was thinking of who I could contact to ask about this, I thought that I think this issue started when I decided to delete Chrome so in an act of somewhat desperation I downloaded Chrome hoping that would fix it... Guess what happened then??  Yep Chrome has sound.. that means UC will then.. Got her fixed.. Tried a video in UC browser.. No sound.. Wait, restart the machine, it needs to be restarted.. Did that.  Sound in UC now.. IT'S THERE  right??  NOPE and so now.. What to try...

Why is still a thing??  Why do we get the fun of looking forward to this every year??  It bothers everyone.. It bothers everyone.. Don't go be saying it doesn't ... IT BOTHERS EVERYONE and you know a way to abolish this would be to have it happen on a week day.. instead of the weekend.. like the video says it was started by Germany in WW I...  Yep those damn Germans... The very people that brought us the phrase "those damn Germans"...
