Colour me conflicted

Trump won the election, and as much as that makes a lot of people vomit in their mouths we now have to come to the realization that barring a miracle from the electoral college petition gaining any ground at all, he will be sworn in as the 45th and likely last president of these United States of America..  These United States because they won't be the same in 1460 days.. (That seems like an eternity).. He is appointing his staff of what everyone is saying is deplorables and misfits but you have to look at it a different way, we have been looking at it in the normal government (for the people by the people...) And he ran a completely bass akwards campaign and anyone else would have tried that they would have been drummed out of the political business.. Trump did things different and towards the end had said he wants to drain the swamp... and give them a job in his staff apparently, but ok whatever.. I think we should give him the benefit of doubt and enough rope to hang himself when this experiment goes horribly wrong.. Back in August or July when Hillary made the statement "do you want someone who can be egged on into a serious twitter rant to be in charge of the nuclear codes?"  and then you had the congress talk about making some rules towards the use of these codes to which I said good on you but, you can't do that.. if there is imminent danger the president has to act very quickly, they can't have to go through congress which could mean given enough time to think it over they would have an answer to that question in ten to twenty years.. That's if they put a rush on things...
So yeah, let's give this new president a try, we are stuck with him for.. Well.. Up to four years and if he can pull off an infrastructure fix then he might be worth a crap...  Don't bet on it..

There is a large amount of this that I would like to see be stopped.. I had just learned of the Wars that Obama was doing that were actual policing actions where we send secret operatives in and take out someone on a secret list that could be about to do a terrorist threat.. But then they also took out normal everyday people who are having thoughts that don't jive with this administration.. I had said they will eventually cause a true war and it isn't far away.. Under Trump, with a man having this kind of covert power who knows who he will take out.. Likely his competition in the business world..
