This isn't a political view but rather a really cool thing to read about getting out to vote or not bothering.. I usually don't vote, and my reason is my own.. Mostly it has to do with me being registered as an independent, that means I can vote for Republican, or Democrat or anything else.. But what being an independent voter also means is during the primary season I don't get to vote at all, my ballot contains neither the republican ticket or the democrat.. So when I saw that back in
'84 ? That was a cruel eye opener.. But after that I really wasn't happy with who we had to vote for.. Also I started leaning towards democrat and in a state that hasn't voted for a democrat in forever I figure it truly is a waste of time to vote.. My uncle says if you don't vote you can't complain about things.. And I told him I'm an American, I can and will complain no matter what.. Vote or no vote, you can still join the chorus of boos... It means very little either way...
