It isn't, it is in fact the best way to go be it solar or wind please watch the documentary Catching The Sun, you will understand just how important it is.. But in the political realm, it shows just how unimportant our government is anymore.. It is time to move beyond the government and go state by state on important matters be they energy or marijuana or whatever is important to the people, go state by state and get what you want... It's just going to have to be that way...
